Netflix

We finally decided to join Netflix. Several people that we know here on the island use it and have been very happy with the service. We joined on Christmas day, got notification the next day that our first two movies shipped and we received them on Wednesday (well at least that is when I checked the mail, they could have been there earlier). We mailed them back on Friday and got notification yesterday (Tuesday) that they received our two movies and shipped out the next two. So it seems so far that the mail has not been an issue.

Pretty cool. We're test driving Netflix now with the online and Blueray options. It's pretty cool to be able to watch movies on the Xbox 360!

I don't know if the DVD service is really going to work for us, we just don't have the time to sit down and watch a whole move. The on-demand version is great since you can resume a move at any time.

Also check out the HBO and Showtime shows. These are great normally 2 or 3 hourly shows when you do not want to watch whole movie.

I've done five posts in the last week so I'm not sure what you mean about being a week w/o any posts. We have slacked off a little but no we're not done blogging.

I live in the VI too and was peeved about not being able to do the streaming from here. I found a solution and posted it to my blog site though (http://www.blendblog.net/Blendblognet/tabid/36/EntryID/66/Default.aspx). Hope this helps!
