Waiting for Bill

Well, Ana is gone and now Bill is moving in. He's now a category 2 hurricane and soon to be a category 3. But, the current track has him making a northern turn before reaching the VI so lets keep our fingers crossed that they're right. According to StormCarib the windfield of tropical storm force winds for Bill is 175 miles from center and they are predicting the closest Bill will get to St. Thomas is 370 miles on Thursday afternoon. We'll probably still get some rain and wind, but it shouldn't be anything major. We'll still be keeping an eye on all the weather forecasts to see if they are right and we're keeping the storm shutters up, just in case.
