There was a post a few weeks ago on one of the forums about mandatory tips. I have to say that Mim's tonight was proof this is a bad idea. The food was great, the setting was great, the bartender and hostess were wonderful, the waitress was a bitch. And she was gauranteed a 15 percent tip. To Insure Poor Service. This is what mandatory tips do. Keep in mind we rarely tip less than 20 percent and I was looking for a way to delete the 15 on this check.

If you're against mandated tips..steer clear of the "Ship Wreck" another place just like Mims where the tip is included.
We got food poisoning there, only all the people that ate the stuffed lobster. It was absolutely terrible.
