Crazy Crackers

Funky litttle Bar Funky little bathroom. Well we went to Crazy Crackers to watch the superbowl so I thought I would put my two cents in. The place is nice and clean with a bunch of TV's. The food was good, but, wait for it, the bathroom should be illegal. They have one head for the whole place, men and women, with one commode. So with a couple hundred people in here for the game the line was five to ten deep all night. This just shouldn't be legal. The government needs to stop giving occupancy permits to public places, especially resteraunts that don't have proper facilities. The Beach Bar is famous for this and Cracker's is a right ther as well. It is a shame that we had a good time with good food in a nice atmosphere and all I can recall is standing in line to use the head. One of the other customers said you had to got to the bathroom then just get back in line when you come out so that you can go again.

Your right Jay, the place was nice, great food but we all spent more time in line for the bathroom than watching the game, and the beer cooler should have been turned down about 10 degree. Hope you guys made it home before too late, see ya Wednesday.

St. John can't support more sewage....otherwise there would be more restrooms. That's why you will only find one bathroom that is shared between several businesses...Crazy Cracker's is lucky they have one of their own! It sucks...but that's island life...

It is sad indeed that you chose to elaborate on the only negative you encountered in Crazy Crackers. And it is also sad, but true, that you will find few to no bars/restaurants with multiple facilities available. But such is life in the islands. Assuming you didn't come to the Virgin Islands to use a wide array of beautiful restrooms, I'm sure you found some things you enjoyed aswell. And for the record, fitting a hundred people into Crazy Crackers would be extremely difficult if not impossibly fictional, having nothing to do with the state of it's facilities.

I assume this last comment was left by one of the owners/managers or staff. In fairness I have been back to Crazy Crackers and still like the place. That said I still don't like the single bathroom thing. I still believe that building codes here concerning bathrooms should be changed and or enforced. The night we were there for the Super Bowl it was packed and lines were exactly as we said. As for the argument that St John can't take or support more sewage, come on it wouldn't make a difference if they built three or four bathrooms. The same number of people are going to the head regardless. The only difference would be the number of people going outside in the street or alley as opposed to the actual restroom. No one is going to hold it till they get back to the mainland.
