Nothing like spending a beautiful Sunday doing chores, paying bills and going over the budget to see what we want to do about living accomodations. At least we can enjoy a few bushwackers to make it less painful! :-)

BTW - that is Jay up on the roof cleaning gutters and doing some prep work in order to paint a coating on the roof.
