Jost on a Sunday

We took a little boat ride over to Jost Van Dyke yesterday on a friends boat, since our's is still out of order. Very fun day. White Bay was a litte crowded but still loving going over there :-)

when you go to Jost for a day do you go thru all the customs procedures?

unfortunately, yes we have to do all the customs stuff. Forms for each person and a form for the boat, check in on Jost in Great Harbor and pay the fees (never the same amount so I never know what they are going to charge). Then, you would normally have to check back in on St. John. But if you have a local boater option card, then you can call to check in. It's a pain, I wish they would work out some kind of annual pass to be able to go back and forth, I'd gladly pay the fees to not have to go through the hassel.

Thanks, I was afraid of that. Oh well, it's a small price for a day in paradise (at that beach) I guess I won't try to find legal ways around it anymore.

Love your web site
