Well it started raining around 11:00pm last night and hasn't quit. I was supposed to deliver a boat to Peurto Rico this morning but I am assuming the trip has been canceled. The storm has actually strengthened overnight and grown in size. It is not yet a tropical depression but my guess would be that is soon will be.
